Refund policy

Here at Southern Bling Boutique, we have a 14 day return policy. This means you have 14 days once your package has been delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original condition. You’ll also need the order number, or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at shopsbb@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at shopsbb@hotmail.com. We are available Monday-Saturday 9AM-9PM CST. Closed Sundays, and all emails will be answered the next day. Please allow 1 business day for processing.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception, and contact us immediately. Please include in your email if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged or defective items will not be exchanged if contacted after 3 business days upon receiving your order.


Non-returnable items
There are certain types of items that cannot be returned at Southern Bling, and are a final sale.

Jewelry, swimwear, clearance/sale items, hats, sunglasses, SBB mystery boxes, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns that are not in acceptable condition. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and contact us immediately at shopsbb@hotmail.com. Exchanges must be notified within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will advise you if we have that item in stock for an exchange, or if we will issue a store credit. Once the return is accepted, you will be contacted via the email that you placed your order with.


Refunds
Being a small business owner, we do not offer refunds on any item. We do offer exchanges, or store credit only. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit/exchange was approved or not. Please allow 1-2 business days of processing time.
